Your music, in a few simple steps
- Connect. Use the supplied data cable to connect the player to your computer.
- Transfer. When the player or its storage card appears as a drive, copy compatible music files to it. Start with a standard MP3 file.
- Listen. Safely eject the drive, unplug the cable and select your music on the player. Plug in the included wired earphones.

What comes in the box?
A Daymio MP4 Player with 128GB storage in your selected colour, free wired earphones, charging cable, AUX cable and user manual. One pair of earphones is included per player.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Buy One and Buy Two both include free standard shipping to destinations available at checkout. Any applicable import duties or taxes are separate.
Can I choose two different colours?
Yes. Choose Buy Two and select White, Pink, Black or Blue separately for each player. Each player comes with 128GB storage and free wired earphones.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing. Estimated cross-border delivery is 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; see our Shipping Policy.
What files can I play?
Supports compatible MP3, WMA, WAV, APE and FLAC audio files. Contact Daymio before ordering if you need confirmation about another format.
How do I add my music?
Connect the player to your computer with the supplied data cable. When its storage appears as a drive, copy compatible music files, safely eject and disconnect. Start with an MP3 file. Contact Daymio if your computer does not recognise the player.
Can I use Spotify or Apple Music downloads?
Daymio is offered for playback of compatible local music files. Streaming subscriptions and apps are not included. Subscription downloads may be protected and cannot be copied like ordinary MP3 files.
How do I connect Bluetooth earphones?
Put compatible earphones in pairing mode, then open the player’s Bluetooth menu to search and connect. Menu wording and compatibility may vary. The wired earphones included with every player can be plugged in directly.
How does Shipping Protection work?
Shipping Protection is optional and costs US$5.99 once per order, including orders with two players. It covers transit loss or damage; Daymio will arrange a replacement shipment or refund. Contact us with your order number and details. Standard shipping remains free without this add-on.
How does the 30-Day Warranty work?
This optional add-on costs US$9.99 per player: US$9.99 for Buy One or US$19.98 for both players in Buy Two. Coverage starts on delivery and lasts 30 days for non-user-caused faults. Daymio will arrange repair or replacement. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
